FC MIX TUBES

FC Mix tubes contain buffered Na2EDTA, sodium fluoride, citric acid and sodium citrate. This additive mixture reduces the pH value and blocks the pH-dependent enzymes that would be active in the initial stage of the glycolysis cascade.
