LH LITHIUM HEPARINE/GEL

VACUETTE® heparine/gelbuizen zijn op de binnenwand gecoat met gespray-droogde lithium, ammonium of natrium heparine en worden gebruikt om parameters te bepalen in de klinische chemie. Het additief dient als antistolling en blokkeert de stollingscascade.

VACUETTE® heparine/gelbuizen bevatten een inerte scheidingsgel op de bodem, die na centrifugeren een stabiele barrière vormt tussen het plasma en de bloedcellen. VACUETTE® heparinebuizen met scheidingsgel verbetert de plasma opbrengst  en zorgt ervoor, dat plasma in primaire buizen kan worden opgeslagen.
