     -  50% formamide (56°C,1h)
     -  4 M urea (37°C, 1h)
     -  4 M guanidinium thiocyanate ( 15°C - 25°C, 1h)
• Biotin binding capacity: > 1.5 ng/well or > 6 pmol/well
• Solid bottom
• Well profile: F-bottom (flat bottom)
