GLUCOSE BLOEDAFNAMEBUIZEN

VACUETTE® glucosebuizen bevatten natriumfluoride als glycolyseremmer. De anticoagulanten K3EDTA, kaliumoxalaat of natriumheparine voorkomen, dat het bloed stolt. De citraatzuurbuffer verlaagt de pH-waarde in het monster direct na bloedafname, wat leidt tot de directe stabilisering van glucose. Afhankelijk van het testsysteem, kunnen VACUETTE® glucosebuizen ook worden gebruikt voor lactatieonderzoek, in de meeste gevallen met de combinatie van natriumfluoride en kaliumoxalaat.
