SUPPORT DE CULTURE CELLSTAR® CELL-REPELLENT SURFACE
Contrairement aux surfaces de culture standards qui sont optimisées pour améliorer les conditions de fixation des cellules, la technologie “Cell-Repellent Surface” a été mise au point pour éviter l’adhérence des cellules sur la surface. Contrairement aux surfaces hydrophobes classiques, généralement utilisées pour la culture en suspension sur lesquelles les cellules peuvent adhérer, les supports de culture cellulaire CELLSTAR® avec le traitement de surface Cell-Repellent empêchent efficacement la fixation des lignées cellulaires cultivées en suspension, adhérentes et semi-adhérentes.

- Culture sphéroïde de cellules tumorales
- Formation d’agrégation des cellules souches
- La culture de suspension de lignes semi-adhérentes et adhérentes
- Culture 3D en hydrogels
