CLiP® Automatic Safety IV Catheters

CLiP® automatic safety IV catheters include blood sampling is an indication for use. This helps to reduce pain and stress for patients, since a second venipuncture may be avoided.

CLiP® Neo (24-26 G) with instant blood response for small and fragile veins found in neonatal, paediatric or elderly patient groups.
CLiP® Winged (14-24 G) with wing holder for multiple gripping alternatives and suitable for high pressure injection up to 305 psi.
CLiP® Ported (14-24 G) with injection port for easy bolus administration and suitable for high pressure injection up to 305 psi.

Always consider cannula vein size ratio 1:3 to provide good blood flow around the cannula and use the smallest gauge to accommodate the prescribed therapy.
