GLUKOSE RÖHRCHEN

VACUETTE® Glukoseröhrchen werden zur Bestimmung von Glukose verwendet. Alle Glukoseröhrchen (außer FC Mix) werden auch zur Bestimmung von Laktat verwendet.

Das Glukoseröhrchen von Greiner Bio-One ist in drei Versionen verfügbar: FX Natriumfluorid/Kaliumoxalat, FE Natriumfluorid/K3 EDTA und FC Mix.

Das pulverförmige Additiv beim FC Mix Röhrchen senkt den pH-Wert und blockiert die pH-abhängigen Enzyme, die in der Anfangsphase der Glykolysekaskade aktiv wären. Die Kombination aus dem Citrat-Fluorid-EDTA-Zusatz im Röhrchen stabilisiert die in-vivo-Konzentration von Glukose in der Probe von Beginn an. Die Probe ist unmittelbar nach der Entnahme bis zu 48 Stunden lang stabilisiert.
