FH NÁTRIUM-FLUORID / NÁTRIUM-HEPARIN

Le provette con glucosio VACUETTE® contengono fluoruro di sodio come inibitore della glicolisi. Gli anticoagulanti K3EDTA, ossalato di potassio o eparina di sodio impediscono la coagulazione del sangue. Il tampone di acido citrico/citrato riduce il valore del pH nel campione subito dopo la raccolta di sangue, comportando una stabilizzazione immediata del glucosio. A seconda del sistema di test, le provette con glucosio VACUETTE® possono anche essere utilizzate per saggi del lattato, per i quali nella maggior parte dei casi viene impiegato fluoruro di sodio in combinazione con ossalato di potassio.
