- Manufactured under DIN ISO 9001 guidelines
- Can be traced all the way back to production through a defined LOT number system
- Pre-blocking: All plates are pre-blocked and ready-to-use
- Shelf-life: Up to three years at room temperature
- Robustness of the coating under the following conditions:
- pH range 4 - 10
- 1% SDS (37°C, 1h)
- 50% formamide (56°C,1h)
- 4 M urea (37°C, 1h)
- 4 M guanidinium thiocyanate ( 15°C - 25°C, 1h)
- Biotin binding capacity: > 1.5 ng/well or > 6 pmol/well
- Solid bottom
- Well profile: F-bottom (flat bottom)
