384 Well Polystyrene Microplates, black

  • Free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA
  • Non-pyrogenic
  • Manufactured under DIN ISO 9001 guidelines
  • Can be traced all the way back to production through a defined LOT number system
  • Compared with the 96 well standard microplate, the number of wells is quadrupled in this microplate, combined with a volume reduction from 382 µl to 138 µl
  • The well-to-well spacing is 4.5 mm
  • The external dimensions are compatible with standard equipment and automated systems
  • Rounded square well profile, i.e. they are square with rounded corners. This design combines the advantages of the square well, i.e. flexible working volume of 10 µl to 130 µl, with the advantages of a round well, such as reduced wicking and bubbling
  • Suitable for fluorescence measurements
  • The polystyrene surface is more hydrophobic than the surface of a high binding microplate, and therefore tends to be more suitable for non polar proteins and peptides
  • Solid Bottom
  • Well profile: F-bottom (flat bottom)
  • FLUOTRAC 200, ,med. binding
